My name is Greta Quesenberry and I am the founder of Define139 Training and Fitness.  I am passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and see themselves as fearfully and wonderfully made! I am an ACE certified personal trainer, ACE certified Weight Management Specialist and Senior Fitness and Nutrition Specialist. I am also a certified Nutrition Coach through NCI and a Certified Online Trainer through OCA.

Taking care of my health was not always part of my life.  I know very well what it is like to be overweight, unhealthy and out of shape. Many years ago, I decided to take charge of my situation and slowly made healthy lifestyle changes that led me to where I am now.

Many of my clients deal with chronic illnesses, injuries or conditions.  In 2008, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.  Having Type 1 makes me much more understanding of the challenges that others face on a daily basis.  However, I know from experience that a challenge doesn't equal a death sentence!

As a mom, wife and business owner, I know the value of time!  With Define139, your program will be designed with your schedule in mind. You CAN take the time to care for YOU!
