The Metabolic Mapping program has been beneficial in so many ways. I’ve gained a better understanding of nutrition and what I need to fuel my body without restricting foods I enjoy. It has changed my mindset on strength training and the workouts are easy to fit into a busy day. Down 19 lbs and 8 inches off my waist. Losing my brother to a major heart attack was a huge wake-up call. I was in a slump before I signed up for the metabolic mapping. I had gained weight and was tired. As hard as I tried to get back on track I kept failing. I was doing more cardio and eating less and not losing a pound. Once Sophie got me on the right track, things started to change. I always thought I ate pretty good overall. But I wasn’t eating the right things to fuel my body for weight loss. I started eating more protein and I lifting more and I started seeing and feeling changes.
