For years, Greta personally struggled with the exhausting cycle of yo-yo dieting, chasing quick fixes, and feeling frustrated by a body that no longer seemed to respond the way it once did. Like many women, she spent years believing the answer was simply more restriction, more cardio, and more discipline—only to find herself feeling defeated, exhausted, and stuck.
That journey ultimately became the foundation for the work she does today. After learning how chronic dieting impacts metabolism, hormones, energy, and overall health, Greta became passionate about helping women step away from extremes and build a healthier, more sustainable approach to fitness and fat loss. She created Metabolic Mapping to help women restore metabolic function, rebuild confidence, and develop healthy habits rooted in nourishment, strength, and consistency instead of guilt and punishment.
In 2025, Greta and her husband Greg opened Define139 Women's Strength Studio after carrying a dream since the 1990s of owning a gym together. Today, Define139 is more than a gym to Greta—it's a place where women can belong, feel supported, and discover they are capable of becoming stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually than they ever imagined.
When she's not coaching, Greta enjoys strength training with her husband and kiddos, reading, and hiking with the family dogs.

Sophie has been passionate about health and fitness for years and believes a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be perfect to be sustainable. She began lifting weights at just 12 years old alongside her mom and dad, and what started as an early love for fitness eventually grew into a lifelong passion.
Over time, the gym became more than just a place to work out for Sophie—it became a place where she built confidence, learned how to properly fuel her body, and created a healthy lifestyle that felt realistic and sustainable. That personal journey ultimately led her to pursue a career helping others do the same.
Her coaching style focuses on balance, consistency, and creating realistic habits that support long-term success. Sophie is passionate about helping women feel strong in their own skin and become the healthiest version of themselves without feeling trapped in an "all or nothing" mindset.
When she's not coaching, Sophie enjoys strength training, continuing to learn more about health and fitness, and spending time with family and her fiancé, Jaxon.

Amy has been passionate about helping women improve their health through realistic, sustainable habits and understands firsthand that lasting change comes from consistency—not perfection. Since joining the Define139 Training and Fitness team in January 2024 as an online Metabolic Health Coach, Amy has become a valued source of encouragement, accountability, and support for women working to restore their metabolism and create healthier lifestyles.
Amy is passionate about helping women break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting by focusing on simple, sustainable habits that support long-term success. Her coaching style emphasizes balance, grace, consistency, and learning how to fuel the body in a way that feels realistic for everyday life.
Through the Metabolic Mapping program, Amy works closely with women to help them improve their relationship with food, increase confidence, build healthier routines, and create lasting fat loss results without extreme dieting or all-or-nothing approaches.
When she's not coaching, Amy enjoys continuing to learn more about health and wellness, spending time with family — especially the grandbabies — traveling, and encouraging others to become stronger and healthier from the inside out.

Devin has always had a passion for health, fitness, and helping others become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves. She joined the Define139 Training and Fitness team in the spring of 2024 as the Group Metabolic Mapping Coach and quickly became known for her strong work ethic, encouraging personality, and genuine dedication to the women she coaches.
Devin believes that sustainable results come from consistency, healthy habits, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it. She is passionate about helping women move away from extreme dieting and all-or-nothing thinking while building realistic routines that support long-term fat loss, better energy, and improved confidence.
As the Group Metabolic Mapping Coach, Devin provides guidance, accountability, education, and support to women navigating their health journeys inside the group coaching program. She loves encouraging women through both the physical and mental side of transformation and helping them realize they are capable of more than they think.
When she's not coaching, Devin enjoys strength training, continuing to grow her knowledge in health and wellness, and investing her time into the people and goals that matter most to her.

Metabolic Mapping is designed for women who are tired of yo-yo dieting and want a realistic, sustainable approach to improving their health. Many of our clients come to us feeling frustrated, exhausted, stuck, or unsure what to do anymore after years of restrictive dieting.
No! We work with women from anywhere through our online coaching program. You can complete Metabolic Mapping workouts from home or at your local gym while receiving guidance, accountability, and support from your coach.
We don't believe in fad diets, detoxes, cutting out entire food groups, or punishing workouts. Our approach focuses on improving metabolic health through sustainable habits that help your body function better long term. We teach you how to fuel your body, build strength, and create balance without guilt or extremes.
Your coach will help guide your nutrition based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Rather than giving rigid, unrealistic meal plans, we focus on helping you learn sustainable nutrition habits that work in real life.
Your workouts are customized to your fitness level, goals, available equipment, and lifestyle. We focus heavily on strength training because building muscle is one of the most powerful ways to support metabolic health, improve body composition, and increase strength and confidence.
Absolutely. Many of our clients are brand new to strength training and feel nervous when they start. We're here to guide you step by step in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
We work with many women who have dealt with hormone imbalances, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, chronic dieting history, joint pain, and other health challenges. Your program is individualized to meet you where you are.
Coaching includes regular check-ins, progress reviews, accountability, and ongoing support. Your coach is there to help guide, encourage, and adjust your plan as needed throughout your journey.

Our Group Metabolic Mapping program is ideal for women who want education, accountability, and support in a more affordable community setting. Members receive access to coaching resources, group support, weekly Zoom calls, and messaging access to their coach.
Our Personalized Metabolic Mapping program offers a more individualized experience with customized nutrition and fitness guidance, detailed progress reviews, private coaching support, and weekly one-on-one check-ins.
