
Greta and Define139 Training and Fitness' Story
I had dreamt of being a personal trainer since the 90s—back in my Taebo days as an aerobics instructor! But I didn’t believe I could make a career of it. Thankfully, God had other plans. In 2018, He led me to launch Define139 Training and Fitness to help women see themselves as God does: fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). What began as a boot camp in the park with two friends and my daughter has since grown into a powerful online and in-person community. When the pandemic hit, we pivoted online—and to my surprise, it flourished! People found connection and strength, right from their living rooms, and I found a new love for virtual coaching.

After years of overtraining and under-eating, I finally hired a coach who helped me repair my metabolism and rethink everything I believed about food and fitness. That experience changed my life and inspired me to become a certified nutrition coach so I could offer the same healing to others. Today, Define139’s Metabolic Mapping program blends sustainable nutrition, strength training, and biblical encouragement to help women break free from diet culture and feel strong, inside and out. I know what it’s like to be tired, stuck, and overwhelmed—but I also know that with faith and the right support, lasting change is possible.
